University of Santo Tomas, Philippines Student Exchange Programme Spring 2027

Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) is pleased to announce an exciting student exchange opportunity at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Philippines under the Student Exchange Programme Spring 2027. UST is one of Asia’s oldest and most prestigious universities, offering students an opportunity to gain international academic and cultural experience in Manila, Philippines.

Exchange Periods

Participants may apply for either of the following semesters:

• First Semester: January – May 2027
• Second Semester: August – December 2027

The nomination and application document submission deadline has been extended until the third week of November 2026.

Academic Calendar

• Second Term: January – May

Accommodation and Living Expenses

UST provides on-campus accommodation at Domus Mariae Student Residence, which includes:

• Double-deck or single beds
• Study tables and chairs
• Lockers
• 24-hour security
• In-campus facilities

Estimated monthly living expenses, including accommodation, meals, and local transportation, are approximately:

• PHP 35,000
• Approximately USD 550 per month

Eligibility (ITS Students)

Applicants should:

• Be active ITS students batch 2024
• Have completed at least two semesters of study
• Demonstrate good academic standing with no failing grades
• Possess adequate English communication skills

3. Proof of English language proficiency (for non-native English speakers)
4. Endorsement letter from the Department/Program Head
5. Valid passport copy (until July 2028)
6. Certificate of Enrollment
7. The latest English Proficiency Certificate Test Score  TOEFL/EFL (min 500), TOEIC, Duolingo,  IELTS/IBT, or you can use TEFL score from UPT 
8. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please get signature from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.
9. Certificate of GCW minimum C (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program)
10. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)
