International Young Future Leaders Summit (iFUTURE 2026) – Redefining Future Leaders Through Value-Based Leadership

Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education (DOHE), Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE), and Yayasan Perkasa Siswa (YPS), invites students to participate in the International Young Future Leaders Summit (iFUTURE 2026) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

With the theme “Redefining Future Leaders Through Value-Based Leadership,” iFUTURE 2026 aims to empower young leaders through intellectual discourse, strategic dialogue, cross-cultural engagement, and networking with distinguished leaders and international peers. The summit is expected to bring together approximately 1,500 participants, providing a dynamic platform to exchange ideas, explore global issues, and build meaningful international connections.

Programme Highlights

 

1. International Young Future Leaders Summit (iFUTURE 2026)

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop leadership skills through intellectual discussions and strategic dialogue.
  • Exchange ideas and perspectives with young leaders from different countries.
  • Build meaningful international networks and cross-cultural connections.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of global issues and diverse perspectives.

2. Kuala Lumpur iFUTURE Explorace (KLiX) 2026

As a new component of iFUTURE 2026, KLiX offers an immersive experiential learning opportunity to explore Kuala Lumpur through interactive challenges and activities. Participants will be organised into diverse groups and discover the city’s cultural heritage, historical landmarks, and contemporary urban identity.

Through this activity, participants will develop teamwork, leadership, adaptability, and intercultural communication skills while experiencing Malaysia’s multicultural society.
