[Deadline Extension] Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme at Stanisław Staszic State University of Applied Sciences in Piła, Poland

Stanisław Staszic University of Applied Sciences in Piła, Poland, is offering an exchange opportunity through the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme.

Programme Period:  October 2026 – February 2027

1 (one) selected ITS students will receive:

• Tuition fee waiver
• Flight support of up to €1,500
• Monthly scholarship of €800

Eligibility

This programme is open to ITS undergraduate (S1) students from the 2023 – 2024 intake only from the following departments:

• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Civil Engineering

Applicants may only apply to the corresponding department at the host university. Available departments and courses can be found here.

Academic Requirements

Selected students are required to:

• Take 27–32 ECTS (equivalent to approximately 15–18 SKS)
• Transfer all completed courses (both mandatory and elective) to their ITS academic transcript upon completion of the programme
• Enrol only in courses offered during the Fall Semester
• Consult their proposed courses with their Head of Department and S1 Programme Coordinator before applying

1. Motivation Letter (maximum 2 pages)
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) in Europass format
3. Academic Transcript
4. Copy of Passport Information Page with a minimum validity of 18 months
5. English Proficiency Certificate:
   • IELTS minimum 6.5; or
   • TOEFL ITP/EFL issued by UPT Bahasa ITS with a minimum score of 500
     (Certificates issued by other institutions will not be accepted.)
6. Recommendation Letter from one ITS lecturer
7. Learning Agreement – ITS Form (download here)
8. GCW Certification
9. Parents’ Support Letter, signed by parents, stating:
   • Their awareness of the programme
   • Their support for the student’s participation
   • Their willingness to provide financial and other necessary support during the exchange period
