Erasmus+ Global Exchange – University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, Summer 2027

One ITS student selected for the Erasmus+ Global Exchange at UAS in Nysa will receive full Erasmus+ funding support.
The scholarship includes:
  • Monthly Erasmus+ grant: €800 per month
  • Maximum funding period: up to 5 months (the final amount depends on the actual duration of the mobility)
  • Travel support: €1,735 (one-time contribution)
Please note that the Erasmus+ grant is managed directly by the host university and will be transferred to the student’s bank account in Poland according to their funding procedures.

Eligibility:
-ITS undergraduate students Batch 2024
-Students must be nominated by ITS

  • October 12, 2026 | 09.00 AM
  • October 14, 2026 |  (upon invitation)

📑 Application Requirements

Applicants must prepare the following documents:

  • Motivation Letter (max. 2 pages)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Europass format
  • Official Academic Transcript in English
  • Passport Copy – information page, valid for at least 18 months
  • English Proficiency Certificate (choose one):
    IELTS ≥ 6.5
    TOEFL ITP ≥ 500
    EFL from UPT Bahasa ITS only: EFL results from other institutions will not be accepted
  • Recommendation Letter from 1 lecturer
  • Learning Agreement – ITS Form (download [here]) – Nysa UAS form (download [here])
  • Statement Letter from Head/Secretary/Head of Study Program of Department – ITS Form (download [here])
  • GCW Certification
  • Parent’s Support Letter – must be signed by your parents, stating a) awareness of this program and b) agreement to support financial and other needs if you are accepted

  1. Prepare all required documents (see checklist above).
    • Save them as PDF files.
    • Combine all documents into one .zip or .rar file
      Folder format: Nysa UAS, Erasmus ECM, Summer 2027_Name
  2. Submit your application through the online form: https://its.id/studyabroadITS
  3. After submitting the form, send a confirmation email to: studyabroad@its.ac.id
    • Email subject format: Confirmation_Nysa UAS, Summer 2027_Name
