Dear ITS Students,

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity from Naresuan University, Thailand, inviting ITS undergraduate students to participate in the 2026 NU Cultural Exchange Program in Thailand (NU CEPT)—a short-term international program designed to explore Thai culture through immersive academic and cultural activities.


Program Overview

  • Host University: Naresuan University
  • Location: Phitsanulok, Thailand
  • Program Dates: 26 July – 8 August 2026 (14 days)

This program offers a rich cultural experience, allowing participants to engage in hands-on activities and cultural learning while networking with students from around the world.


Program Highlights

Participants will take part in:

  • Thai Language & Culture sessions
  • Thai Music & Dance workshops
  • Thai Cooking and Thai Boxing
  • Applied Thai Traditional Therapy
  • Cultural crafts (key holders, decorations, bag patterns)
  • “Dress Like Thais” experience
  • Activities with Naresuan University students
  • Cultural visits & excursions to:
    • Noen Maprang District
    • Phitsanulok
    • Sukhothai

 


Program Fee

  • USD 450 (for ITS Students)
  • USD 900 (for non-partner universities)

Fee Includes

  • Course fee
  • Accommodation (NU Dormitory, twin-sharing)
  • Airport transfer (Bangkok – Phitsanulok – Bangkok)
  • Cultural visits & excursions
  • Meals
  • Local transportation
  • Welcome lunch & farewell dinner

  • Certificate of attendance
  • Thai buddies (NU students)

Costs Not Covered

Participants must cover:

  • International airfare
  • Overseas travel insurance
  • Medical expenses
  • Personal expenses

Additional Notes

  • Limited quota: 20 students only
  • Program may be cancelled if minimum participants are not met
  • Participants are required to prepare cultural performances for:
    • Internationalization at Home session
    • Farewell Party

Eligibility (ITS Students)

Applicants must:

  • Be an undergraduate (D4/S1) student
  • Be enrolled as a full-time student
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Be interested in Thai culture
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills

  • Application Deadline: 17 June 2026 (23:59 Thailand time)
  • Announcement of Results: 22 June 2026
  • Payment Period: 22 – 25 June 2026
  • Confirmation of Acceptance: 1 July 2026

    Note: Part 6 must be approved by ITS GE if you pass the interview

  6. Learning Agreement (required only for credit transfer)
  7. Parent Support Letter (signed, confirming awareness and support)
  8. GCW/GCA Certificate
