Dear ITS Students,

We are pleased to announce the final call for registration for the Global Discovery Program (GDP) – Global Summer School 2026, organized by Parul University, India.

This fully in‑person, short‑term program offers a valuable opportunity to gain international academic exposure, intercultural experience, and global networking opportunities in a dynamic learning environment.


Program Overview

Host University: Parul University, India
Program Period: 20 July – 1 August 2026
Duration: 2 weeks (extendable up to 4 weeks)

Covered by the host university:

Participants are responsible for:

  • Round-trip flight tickets
  • Visa-related expenses

Note: A group of five students may be accompanied by one or two faculty members.

Eligibility (ITS Students)

Open to:

  • D4/S1 students (minimum 2nd year)
  • S2 and S3 students (all batches)

Required Documents

  1. CV
  2. Scanned passport (valid for at least 1 year)
  3. Student ID or Certificate of Enrollment
  4. Statement Letter (download: http://bit.ly/its-short-program)
  5. Learning Agreement (required only for credit transfer)
  6. Parent Support Letter (signed, confirming awareness and support)
  7. GCW/GCA Certificate (optional)

Important Dates:

  • Application Deadline: 10 June 2026 at 09:00 WIB

  • Interview Session: 11 June 2026
