Dear ITS Students,

We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity from FPT University, Da Nang, Vietnam, inviting ITS students to participate in ASEAN Week 2026, an international academic and cultural program designed to strengthen cross‑cultural understanding and regional collaboration.

Program Overview

Host University: FPT University
Location: Da Nang, Vietnam
Program Dates: 12–15 August 2026

This short-term program brings together students from across ASEAN and beyond to explore regional identity, technological trends, and global collaboration through engaging academic and cultural activities.

Program Highlights

Participants will take part in:

Workshop: The Rise of Personal AI Agents & AI as Your Co‑worker
Youth Roundtable: “How Should ASEAN Students Prepare for an AI World?”
ASEAN Night: Talent showcase and cultural exchange
Da Nang Experience: Local cuisine and city exploration

Scholarship Opportunity

FPT University offers 1 full-program scholarship covering:

Program registration and all activities (workshop, roundtable, etc.)
Airport pick-up and drop-off
Local transportation
Accommodation (twin room, 3-star hotel, with breakfast)
Welcome dinner and Da Nang Night Market experience
Certificate of completion

📌 Important:
Students applying for the full scholarship must be officially nominated by ITS.

Self-Funded Option

Students are also welcome to participate as self-funded participants:

Student fee: USD 170

Additional Benefits

During the same period, FPT University will host other international programs involving participants from Europe, Japan, and Taiwan, providing broader opportunities for global networking and intercultural exchange.

Eligibility (ITS Students)

Open to:

D4/S1 students (minimum 2nd year)
S2 and S3 students (all batches)

Student ID or Certificate of Enrollment

Learning Agreement (required only for credit transfer)
Parent Support Letter (signed, confirming awareness and support)
GCW/GCA Certificate
