Female Leaders in Future Industries

This program focuses on leadership in forward-looking sectors such as engineering, technology, sustainability, and innovation. Participants will gain insights into leadership strategies, engage with industry experts, and strengthen their intercultural and professional skills through lectures, workshops, and company visits.


Global Female Talents in Finance and Business

This interdisciplinary program provides a comprehensive introduction to the German financial system and business environment. Students will explore topics such as banking, capital markets, and employment law, while also reflecting on gender equality and leadership in the workplace. The course combines academic input with practical experiences, including company visits and case studies.


Program Overview

  • Duration: 3 weeks (2–22 August 2026)
  • Credits: 6 ECTS
  • Program fee: €950 (excluding accommodation)
  • Target group: Female students from partner universities
  • Application deadline: 15 June 2026
