The ASEAN-Japan Centre (AJC) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the ASEAN-Japan Young Environmental Leaders Network (AJYELN) 2.0 for 2026.
AJYELN is a regional initiative that brings together youth from the 10 ASEAN Member States and Japan to collaborate on addressing environmental challenges, particularly plastic pollution in their local communities.
AJYELN aims to empower young people to become agents of change through community-based environmental projects. The program is supported by regional partners such as the ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN Youth Organization, and Climate Youth Japan.
Building on the success of last year’s program, AJYELN 2.0 continues to foster youth-led solutions for sustainable development.
“Youth for a Plastic-Resilient Region: Action. Innovation. Transformation.”
If you are passionate about environmental issues and eager to make a real impact at the regional level, AJYELN is the perfect opportunity to develop your ideas, collaborate with like-minded peers, and drive meaningful change.
Let’s work together to build a more sustainable future!
