Erasmus+ ICM Staff Mobility – Malaga University, Spain

Programme Overview:

An Erasmus+ staff mobility programme (teaching or training-focused) under International Credit Mobility (ICM), aimed at lecturer or administrative members from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya.

Available Quota:

  • 1 teaching mobility or 1 staff training

Status:

  • Competition

Key Details:

Target participants:

  • Full-time administrative staff or lecturer (PNS, Non-PNS) at ITS with at least 2 years of service
  • Priority given to Administrative Staff:
    • Staff in charge global engagement
    • Staff in charge global reputation/international alumni/SDGs/alumni (global)
    • Alumni of OSM program
    • Liaison Officer at Department
    • Staff in charge for international programs development and/or student service
  • Priority given to Lecturer:
      • in any fields of Engineering & Science
  • Staff members who have not yet received Erasmus Grants

📅 Mobility Duration:

  • 5 working days + 2 travel days
  • Suggested travel period:
    • Administrative Staff: See UMA Staff Week (February 2026 (TBC*))
    • Lecturer: September 8th, 2025 – July 31st, 2026 0 Contact Mobility Coordinator for Matching here

💰 Funding:

  • Per diem: Up to €160/day
  • Travel grant: Up to €1500 depending on travel distance (distance calculator)
  • Payment method: reimbursement*

📋 Training Requirement:

  • At least 5 days of teaching with a minimum of 8 hours total
