Student Exchange Spring Semester 2024 at Dalian University of Technology (DLUT) China

Dalian University of Technology (DLUT) China would like to inform you that the registration for a semester exchange application for spring  semester 2024 (Intake March 1st ~ July 15th 2024) is open. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms and living expenses in China including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Travel Insurance. Students need to check the regulation from China Government.

This program is open for ITS students with criteria below :

–  D4 / S1 batch 2021

–  S2/S3 who already completed minimum 1 semesters

ITS Students D4/S1 are compulsory to take and transfer min 20 SKS

Students only allowed to take courses from one department only. Students are expected to undertake 22-24 hours of compulsory courses and 2-8 hours of selective courses per week from Monday to Friday.

Estimated Living Expenses per Month: Around 2000-3000RMB (not including housing)

Insurance: If students already have international insurance, please provide there lated documents or certification，if not please buy insurance upon arrival. 400RMB for one semester and 800RMB for one year.

Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :

1. Photo : Two-inch photo with white background, between 100-500KB, in JPG format)
2. International Student Application Form to Study at DUT
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. An Official Academic Transcript in English version
5. Personal Statement & Study Plan-DUT
6. Two recommendation letters from Department
7. Scanned of the applicant’s passport ( information page and all blank pages) (at least valid until one year)
8. Valid Certificate of English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/IELTS/IBT  (You can use EFL ITS minimum 500). TOEFL Prediction & Score EFL screenshoot from web UPT Bahasa are not eligible. IUP Students can replace it with letter from Department that you are IUP students and follow all academic process in english as the main language.
9. Learning Agreement (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange ) Please only submit with your department coordinator ( Head of Dept ) signed only. You don’t need to get signed at Institutional Coordinator and please leave blank for that section.
10. Statement Letter (please download from here http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange )
11. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form filled in English (obligatory for students whose study period exceed six months). Please use the version by Chinese quarantine authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. The physical examination results are valid for 6 month. All applicants are kindly requested to take this factor into consideration while determining the time to take physical examination. 12. Certificate of No Criminal Conviction: It needs to be issued by the relevant department of the applicant’s country, and the validity period is six months. It must be provided when registering at DUT. No Criminal Record Ecord Commitment
13. Certificate of GCW Non Degree (minimum C) or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80 (please kindly note that this documents is required for this program, S2 applicants are not compulsory to submit those documents since the academic activities for postgraduate level is quite different)
14. Scanned of Parents letter support (the letter must signed by your parents and the letter must mention about the awareness of your parents about this program. Please also mention that your parents support you for the financial and other things if you are accepted in this program)

The incomplete application will not proceed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process

For ITS Students who interested to join this program please kindly submit your application through this form https://its.id/studyabroadITS . All of your documents must be in PDF and collected in 1 (one) .zip/.rar file. If you have finished and submitted your Study Abroad Application form, YOU HAVE TO SEND email to studyabroad@its.ac.id confirming that you have filled out the Study Abroad Application Form and submit it. Please use this subject: “Confirmation Study Abroad Application_DLUT_NAME_NRP”. The submission deadline until 24 October 2023 ( 23.59 WIB). The Interview Session will be held on 26 October 2023.
