Okanagan College (OC) Canada would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for winter 2023 intake (Intake 9 Jan – 27 April 2023). The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, reg fee, dorms and living expenses in Canada including Roundtrip Flight Ticket, Travel Insurance and visa fees. Please kindly note that Canada-ASEAN SEED scholarship is not availabe in this winter 2023 intake
The students can join exchange at Okanagan College for winter 2023 only in these two programs
ITS Students can took 3-4 subjects only in one program (In one program consist of several departement and you may took any subject from any dept in those program). This program only can open for ITS Students D4/S1 batch 2020 & 2021.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1. CV
2. An Official Academic Transcript in English version with minimum GPA 3.0
3. A certificate of Valid English Proficiency Test. You must use TOEFL ITP minimum 530/IELTS min 6.5 with average min 6,0/TOEFL IBT min 79. (TEFL/EFL/TOEFL from UPT Bahasa/TOEFL Prediction are not acceptable). You can also use Duolingo test with minimum score is 95
4. Certificate of Enrollment
5. Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year from 1 Jan 2023
6. One recommendation letter from an academic advisor/Head of Department.
7. Statement Letter & Learning agreement (Please download from this link http://bit.ly/its-student-exchange) Please get signed from your Head of Department at Coordinator Department section and please leave blank at Institutional Coordinator section.
8. .Certificate of GCW Non Degree/GCW IUP Basic or Advanced minimum C or Result Test GCW Non Degree min 80
The incomplete documents and over deadline applications will not be processed by Mobility Team. ITS Students must consult with your parents for the financial aspects and permission to join this program in the middle of pandemic. please kindly provide the statement letter from your parents (in Bahasa) that your parents are support you (all financial & mental) to join this program. You need to submit it during interview process
