Kumoh National Institute of Technology (KIT) would like to inform you that the registration for semester exchange application for spring semester 2019 (Intake March – June 2019) is already opened. The tuition fee for this program is waived. However the accepted students are responsible for their learning materials, dorms, visa fees and living expenses in Korea including Roundtrip Flight Ticket & Insurance.
This program is opened for ITS students Bachelor level. ITS Students can enroll in 3-5 academic courses(9-15 credits), plus 3 credits of Korean language class. Exchange students will be also offered the chance to participate in various extracurricular activities such as industrial tours and cultural experiences. This program only open for ITS Students (D3/D4/S1) min batch 2017 and only can apply at Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering Departments.
Here are the required documents that you need to prepare :
1.KIT_ Application form for Exchange Student
2. Latest of An Academic Transcript in English version
3. Certificate of Enrollment
4. One Page Self Introduction
5. Scanned Passport with validity minimum one year
6. Valid English Proficiency Test Score (original). TOEFL/EFL (min 477) or you can use IELTS/IBT
7. Statement Letter & Learning Agreement (please download from here http://io.its.ac.id/its-student-exchange/ )
8. Valid Korean Proficiency Test Score (if any)
For ITS Students who interested with this program please kindly send all of your documents (softcopy and PDF format) to Mr. Wahyu at studyabroad@its.ac.id with subject : StudentExchange_KIT_Name_NRP maximum on 26 October 2018 (16.00 WIB). You must bring the original of statement letter documents at Interview Selection ( 29-31 Oct 2018 )
