Vision

 

To be the development center of SDGs concept, policies and programs that can be used as reference for all stakeholders and become a partner of government for the implementation of SDGs in Indonesia

 

Mission

 

  1. Develop programs that is relevant to the methodology that easily applied so until the achievement of 17 objectives SDGs realized.
  2. To promote good practices conducted by the lecturers and institutions partners that can be accessed by the interested parties so as to help accelerate the achievement of the SDGs 2030.
  3. Developing a Living laboratory for real example and a bridge for the general public for learning. A Living laboratory can be a bridge between the community and ITS, so ITS role can be felt in the area.

In order to help accelerate the reach of SDGs targets in Indonesia, the SDGs Center ITS has the following strategies:

  • Reviewing various innovations that have been developed in various regions both in Indonesia and on a International scale and studying development problems in Indonesia
  • Coordinating researchers/lecturers in ITS and from outside ITS who have innovated in technology, regional development methods, community empowerment related to 17 goals of SDGs
  • Build partnerships with local governments, universities, and Institutions that have programs/activities related to sustainable development, as well as communities that are interested and concerned about sustainable development.
  • Create various pilot projects model development of 17 objectives of SDGs as good practices in some regions that can later be replicated to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation models for the development of SDGs at the regional level which if possible can be clenched to the village level.
  • Participate in promoting SDGs in Indonesia through seminars, workshops, and digital media.
