To the Head of the Higher Education Institution, please be able to forward this information to the leaders of higher education in your work environment, and to the College Leaders / Chairmen of the Research and Community Service Institutions, please convey this information to lecturers in the university to immediately submit their proposals. The proposal must be received no later than September 20, 2018, at 14.00 WIB
