SELECTION SCHEDULE FOR COMPETITION RISPRO AND LPDP INVITATION RISPRO

COMPETITION RISPRO SELECTION

  1. The Competitive RISPRO Funding Proposal is made through a competitive selection, which consists of:
    1. administrative selection by the LPDP Team; and
    2. Substance selection by reviewers assigned by LPDP includes:
    3. desk evaluation, and
    4. visitation/exposure.
  1. Announcement of the results of the administrative selection and substance selection, announced through the website lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id with the following schedule:
Registration 1 November 2019 – 29 Februari 2020
Institutional Assessment 1 November 2019 – 29 Februari 2020
Announcement of Administrative Selection Results 17 Maret 2020
Announcement of Substantive Selection Results (Desk Evaluation) 24 Maret 2020
Announcement of Substantive Selection Results (Exposure and/or Visitation) 5 Mei 2020

INVITATION RISPRO SELECTION

  1. The RISPRO Invitation Funding Selection consists of:
  2. Administrative selection; and
  3. Substance selection.
  4. Administrative selection is an assessment of the completeness of the Applicant’s requirements and documents carried out by the LPDP.
  5. Substance selection is a verification of the relevance or level of technological readiness of previous research results and/or an assessment of the quality, output, up-to-date and track record of research, as well as an assessment of the need and reasonableness of research funding, which is carried out by a reviewer.
  6. Substance selection can be done in 2 (two) ways as follows:
    1. Exposure, and
    2. Visitation (if needed).
  7. Substance selection is carried out by reviewers assigned by LPDP, with details as follows:
    1. Exposure assessment is carried out by at least 3 (three) reviewers per proposal; and
    2. The visitation assessment involves at least 1 (one) reviewer per proposal.
  8. Substance selection by means of a visit is carried out if necessary or in accordance with the needs of the LPDP or reviewer.
  9. Announcement of the results of the administrative selection and substance selection, announced through the website lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id with the following schedule:

2 Institutional Assessment 2 Desember 2019 – 3 April 2020
3 Announcement of Administrative Selection Results 15 April 2020
4 Announcement of Substantive Selection Results (Desk Evaluation) 16 Mei 2020
