In connection with the schedule for uploading the 2019 ITS Fund Research and Community Service Report, Researchers are required to upload a Research and Service Activity Report with the following details:
1. Research:

• Original Progress Report (1 Copy)
• Original Final Report (1 Copy)
• Original Final Diary (1 Copy)
• Original SPTB Stamped (1 Copy)
• Original Output (1 Copy)

2. Community Service:

• Original Progress Report (1 Copy)
• Original Final Report (1 Copy)
• Original Final Diary (1 Copy)
• Original SPTB Stamped (1 Copy)
• Original Output (1 Copy)
• 100% Original Financial Statement (1 Copy)

It is expected that researchers/servants will upload via SIMPEL no later than November 25, 2019 at 23.59 WIB
