ACCEPTANCE OF THE NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM RESEARCH INCENTIVE RESEARCH PROPOSAL (INSINAS) IN 2020

We hereby inform that the Directorate of Industrial Technology Development, Deputy for Strengthening Research and Development provides an opportunity for researchers and research institutions as well as industry in Indonesia to submit a proposal for the National Innovation System Research Incentive Program (INSINAS) under the INSINAS – Research Pratama scheme for funding this year. 2020 with the following schedule:

Proposals are submitted online through Simlitabmas at the address http://simlitabmas.ristekdikti.go.id

The nomination process follows the following conditions:

  1. Uploaded proposals must comply with the format in the guidebook, and the proposed budget financing is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No.69/PMK.02/2018 concerning Standard Output Costs for Fiscal Year 2019, Research Sub Outputs;
  2. For lecturers from universities under the Ministry of Education who do not have a simlitabmas user and password, they can contact the Simlitabmas operator at their respective universities. Prospective lecturers who already have a user and password can directly use the user and password to register their proposal;
  3. For applicants who come from institutions outside the scope of the Ministry of Education, such as LPK, LPNK or Industry who already have a user and password, they can directly use the user and password to register their proposal. Applicants who do not have a user and password are required to submit a request for an Insinas Account as described in the 2020 Insinas Program Guide.
