Notification of Mandatory Output Upload and Additional Output for Fiscal Year 2020 and other obligations

Following up on a letter from the Director of Research and Community Service, Ministry of Research and Technology / National Research and Innovation Agency number B/1/E3/RA.00/2021 regarding the subject matter of the letter, and the existence of mandatory output assessment activities and additional research outputs for the 2020 fiscal year which will be held from 10 – 20 January 2021, hereby please convey to the Recipients of the Kemenristek / BRIN 2020 Research Program Funds the following:

  1. Uploading the mandatory and additional outputs of research results for the 2020 fiscal year starting from 04 -10 January 2021 through Simlitabmas NG 2.0;
  2. For researchers who apply for an extension of research reporting to the DRPM and it has been approved, the assessment of research outputs will still be carried out according to a predetermined schedule, but will be reassessed in accordance with the approval of the extension of research results reporting;
  3. For researchers who have not uploaded progress reports, final reports, SPTB and research diaries, please immediately complete the documents according to the schedule stated in point one.
