DRPM

The Directorate of Research and Community Service, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (DRPM ITS) is committed to:

1. Providing excellent service in research and community service activities, as well as ensuring satisfaction for all stakeholders.
2. Producing superior, product-based research and community service that provides solutions to societal problems in order to enhance national self-reliance.
3. Cultivating a culture of research, international publications, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and both internal and external collaborations within the ITS academic community.
4. Developing and implementing continuous performance improvement programs in the fields of research and community service, based on the principles of economy and accountability.
5. Developing and implementing a quality assurance and control system for research and community service.
6. Consistently working in accordance with established standards and operating procedures, while continuously making improvements to achieve the vision and mission of ITS and DRPM ITS.

Communicating this policy to all stakeholders to ensure understanding, and reviewing it periodically to measure its effectiveness.
