Kampus ITS Sukolilo merupakan kampus utama Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya ITS, kecamatan Sukolilo, yang merupakan salah satu kecamatan bagian timur Ibukota Provinsi Jawa Timur, Kota Surabaya.

Kampus Utama ITS ini memiliki luas 187 hektar dan terus mengalami peningkatan dan penambahan fasilitas di dalamnya.

Untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset yang dimiliki ITS, melalui layanan kerjasama aset DKPU, ITS memberikan kesempatan kepada para mitra baik berupa lembaga kementerian, instansi, maupun swasta untuk bekerjasama dalam melakukan kegiatan yang memanfaatkan aset dan fasilitas di kampus ITS.

Apartemen Taman Melati merupakan apartemen yang berada di Surabaya Timur yang dikembangkan oleh PT. Adhi Persada Properti. Berdasarkan Perjanjian Kerjasama antara Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dan PT. Adhi Persada Properti nomor 2362/PKS/ITS/2022 Pasal 3 Ayat 2.a, ITS dapat memanfaatkan unit hunian yang ada di Apartemen Taman Melati, mulai dari mendapat harga spesial untuk unit hunian, akses ke fasilitas-fasilitas apartemen, hingga menjual unit hunian.
