The Self Access Room (SAR) is a dedicated space designed to support students in independent learning. It offers a quiet and comfortable environment where students can focus on self-study, practice for the TOEFL exam using a variety of TOEFL modules, and improve their reading skills with access to a wide range of books and learning resources.
SAR has individual study cubicles which encourages focused study without distractions. The bookshelves are well-stocked with TOEFL preparation materials, academic texts, and reading materials from various fields. With natural light streaming in through high windows and an organized layout, the SAR provides an ideal setting for students to take charge of their learning and enhance their academic skills.
Enter the GLC Building and turn right; you’ll see the SAR room. Remove your shoes and place them neatly in the white shoe cabinet. Enter the SAR and greet the instructor on duty. Share your purpose for visiting and scan the registration barcode. Store your bag in the locker provided.
