Meeting between delegates from ITS and the UTM International Collaboration Centre to strengthen international cooperation.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

ITS Campus<\/strong> \u2013 During the implementation of the 2026 Global Community Outreach (GCO), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) welcomed a delegation from the International Collaboration Centre (ICC), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional relations and expand international collaboration opportunities between the two universities.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The meeting, attended by the Vice Rector IV for Research, Innovation, Collaboration, and Alumni Affairs of ITS, served as an important platform to discuss future collaborative initiatives, including student and faculty mobility, joint research, international academic programs, and community engagement activities with meaningful societal impact.<\/p>\n

The 2026 GCO organized by the Department of Instrumentation Engineering represents a tangible implementation of the long-standing partnership between ITS and UTM. Through this program, students from both universities collaborated in community engagement projects, exchanged academic experiences, and enhanced their ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.<\/p>\n

Assoc. Prof. Noor Azurati, representing the UTM delegation, shared that the delegation had toured the ITS campus and held discussions on potential collaborations across several strategic areas of mutual interest. The exchange of ideas is expected to lead to sustainable joint programs that benefit both academic communities and society at large.<\/p>\n

As a university committed to advancing internationalization, ITS warmly welcomes UTM’s dedication to strengthening this strategic partnership. The collaboration not only expands regional academic networks but also creates opportunities to enhance the quality of education, research, innovation, and community engagement through cross-border cooperation.<\/p>\n

Looking ahead, ITS and UTM aspire to develop more joint initiatives that support human resource development, knowledge exchange, and contributions toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)**.
