Lulus dengan predikat cumlaude dari ITS pada tahun 2009, Stella melanjutkan pendidikan magisternya di National Chengkung University, Taiwan, dengan beasiswa penuh. Karir profesional Stella dimulai sebagai Structural Engineer di Ty Lin International Taiwan, di mana ia terlibat dalam berbagai proyek besar seperti MRT Thomson Line di Singapura dan Metro Urban Stations di Venezuela. Pengalaman internasionalnya semakin kaya saat ia bergabung dengan Scherr+Klimke di Jerman dan kemudian PORR AG, di mana ia saat ini bekerja.
