ITS News<\/strong> \u2014 Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) has once again recorded a proud achievement through the Antasena ITS Team<\/strong> at the international event Shell Eco-marathon (SEM) Qatar 2026<\/strong>. In this prestigious global energy-efficient vehicle competition, the Antasena ITS Team secured several outstanding accomplishments, bringing pride to Indonesia on the world stage.<\/p>\n

Using the latest Falcon 3.0, Antasena achieved an energy efficiency of up to 498 km\/m\u00b3, placing the ITS student innovation among the best in the hydrogen vehicle category. The competition was fierce, with all participating teams emerging as strong contenders, all aiming for the championship.<\/p>\n

Beyond its technical excellence, the Falcon 3.0 also attracted attention with its parang batik motif livery. This design received widespread appreciation from the jury, international participants, and organizers. Parang batik was chosen to represent Indonesian culture, while purple is Antasena’s identity, while the gold stripes symbolize Antasena’s 15th anniversary of entering its golden era.<\/p>\n

At this competition, the Antasena ITS Team successfully won the 1st Place Technical Innovation Award<\/strong>, an honor presented for outstanding technical innovation that demonstrates originality, creativity, and strong potential for future development in sustainable technology. This award serves as clear evidence of ITS students\u2019 capability to deliver innovative solutions in the field of environmentally friendly vehicles.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Antasena ITS Team achieved 2nd Place in the Prototype Hydrogen Fuel Cell category<\/strong>, highlighting the competitive performance of their hydrogen-powered prototype vehicle. This achievement underscores ITS\u2019s commitment to advancing clean energy technologies and supporting the global transition toward sustainable mobility.<\/p>\n

This success reflects the team\u2019s dedication, strong collaboration, and continuous institutional support in fostering student research and innovation.
