Departemen Teknik Kimia ITS \u2014<\/strong> Pada 23 Mei 2025, Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Kimia (HIMATEKK) ITS sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan “One Moment with DTK (OMD)” sebagai wadah aspirasi mahasiswa terhadap sistem akademik serta sarana dan prasarana Departemen Teknik Kimia FT-IRS ITS. Bertempat di Aula Odjoe Djoeriaman, kegiatan ini menghadirkan lima perwakilan birokrasi dan diikuti oleh 89 mahasiswa dari berbagai angkatan sarjana dan pascasarjana. Forum ini menjadi ruang dialog terbuka, di mana mahasiswa menyampaikan langsung keresahan mereka terkait proses pembelajaran dan fasilitas pendukung. Melalui kajian dari tim AdHoc, sejumlah isu berhasil diangkat dan dicarikan solusi bersama pihak departemen. Meski menghadapi tantangan teknis seperti perubahan rundown mendadak dan koordinasi konsumsi, pelaksanaan forum tetap berjalan lancar berkat koordinasi panitia yang solid. HIMATEKK berharap forum ini menjadi langkah awal menuju peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Departemen Teknik Kimia.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Penjaringan Aspirasi Mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Kimia ITS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tahapan pertama dari kegiatan OMD diawali dengan penyebaran formulir aspirasi ke seluruh angkatan mahasiswa Teknik Kimia ITS, baik sarjana maupun pascasarjana. Formulir ini menjadi media pengumpulan keluhan, kritik, maupun saran yang berkaitan dengan sistem pembelajaran serta sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang kegiatan akademik. Proses ini berlangsung secara daring dan menyasar seluruh anggota HIMATEKK. Penjaringan aspirasi ini bertujuan untuk menghimpun suara mahasiswa sebagai dasar utama dalam membentuk pokok bahasan pada forum OMD.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Pembentukan Tim Adhoc sebagai Pilar Kajian<\/strong><\/p>\n

One Moment with DTK (OMD) 2025 kali ini membentuk Tim AdHoc yang berperan penting dalam memperluas cakupan aspirasi serta menyusun kajian strategis dari permasalahan yang ditemukan. Tim ini terdiri dari mahasiswa yang memiliki ketertarikan di bidang advokasi dan pengembangan akademik. Mereka melakukan analisis data, mengumpulkan bukti pendukung, serta merumuskan pokok-pokok masalah yang akan diadvokasikan dalam forum. Selain itu, Tim AdHoc juga bertugas melakukan koordinasi internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan seluruh permasalahan yang disampaikan memiliki dasar yang kuat dan siap dibahas secara objektif bersama pihak birokrasi.<\/p>\n

Forum One Moment with DTK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Puncak kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Jumat, 23 Mei 2025 di Aula Odjoe Djoeriaman Teknik Kimia ITS. Forum OMD kali ini menghadirkan terobosan baru dengan mengadopsi konsep talkshow interaktif. Format ini memungkinkan terjalinnya komunikasi dua arah secara terbuka dan nyaman antara mahasiswa dan birokrasi Departemen Teknik Kimia. Lima dosen perwakilan birokrasi hadir dalam forum ini, bersama dengan 89 mahasiswa dari berbagai angkatan. Forum ini membahas langsung permasalahan fasilitas kelas, laboratorium, akses digital, hingga sistem evaluasi pembelajaran. Setiap permasalahan dibahas secara terbuka dan diberikan tanggapan langsung oleh pihak departemen, menciptakan iklim diskusi yang konstruktif dan solutif.<\/p>\n

Meski sempat menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti perubahan jadwal mendadak dan tantangan teknis konsumsi, kegiatan ini tetap berjalan lancar dan sukses berkat kerja keras panitia dan koordinasi yang solid dari seluruh pihak. Forum OMD 2025 membuktikan bahwa ketika mahasiswa diberi ruang untuk bersuara dan birokrasi terbuka untuk mendengarkan, maka solusi yang berkelanjutan dapat dicapai.<\/p>\n
