Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and structural analysis
- Able to calculate work quantities and prepare project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities and Budget Plan)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
Job Responsibilities
Engineering & Design
- Prepare and revise construction working drawings using AutoCAD
Cost Estimation
- Develop, calculate, and analyze project cost estimates and budgets
Technical Analysis
- Conduct technical analyses of construction works and structural calculations
Quantity Surveying
- Calculate work quantities and material requirements
Site Coordination
- Coordinate actively with project, engineering, and management teams
