Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and structural analysis
• Able to calculate work quantities and prepare project cost estimates (Bill of Quantities and Budget Plan)
• Good communication skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and within a team

Job Responsibilities

Engineering & Design

• Prepare and revise construction working drawings using AutoCAD

Cost Estimation

• Develop, calculate, and analyze project cost estimates and budgets

Technical Analysis

• Conduct technical analyses of construction works and structural calculations

Quantity Surveying

• Calculate work quantities and material requirements

Site Coordination

• Coordinate actively with project, engineering, and management teams
