We found that one of the process that can be improved is the molding process. So, we decided to make carang mas molding machine as in the video. View this post on Instagram Hi, we are from A2 Group. A2 went to Tiga Bintang SME that produce an opak gambir in Malang. We found some problems in their production. We'd like to say thanks for the big oppurtunity that has been given to us to explain this machine. This is the idea from us to improve Tiga Bintang SME productivity. Hopefully, it could help SME better than before to solve their production line problem with semi-automatic opak gambir baking machine that based on SME environment. We focus on production system, that the machine using a carousel system, karakuri, and it is integrated with Arduino as a microcontroller.
