\"Penguatan
Departemen Teknik Geomatika, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), dengan penuh kehormatan menerima kunjungan akademik dari Walter Timo de Vries, yang menjabat sebagai Chair of Land Management pada Department of Aerospace and Geodesy, TUM School of Engineering and Design, Technical University of Munich, Jerman.
Kunjungan ini menjadi momentum penting dalam upaya memperluas jejaring kerja sama internasional. Dalam kesempatan tersebut, telah dilaksanakan sesi diskusi akademik yang berlangsung secara konstruktif dan interaktif, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kolaborasi di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia.
Berbagai peluang kerja sama strategis turut dibahas, di antaranya pengembangan program pertukaran mahasiswa, skema double degree bagi mahasiswa International Undergraduate Program (IUP) maupun program magister, serta potensi kolaborasi riset pada bidang land management, geodesi, dan geospasial. Diskusi ini mencerminkan komitmen kedua institusi dalam mendorong integrasi keilmuan dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan berbasis standar internasional.
Kunjungan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal yang signifikan dalam membangun kemitraan yang berkelanjutan antara Departemen Teknik Geomatika ITS dan Technical University of Munich. Melalui kolaborasi ini, diharapkan tercipta sinergi yang mampu meningkatkan daya saing akademik di tingkat global serta memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang
