New Students Parents Meeting of ITS Geophysical Engineering

ITS Geophysical Engineering Department held a meeting with the parents of new students in 2025. This event was the second in a series of meetings for ITS Parents of New Students, with the first session being held centrally by IKOMA ITS at Graha Sepuluh Nopember on Saturday, August 2, 2025.

Opened with a traditional dance performance by students, the meeting that was held at the ITS Geophysical Engineering Department, ran from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM WIB. During the event, parents of new students were invited to learn more about the activities that students will undertake during their studies.

 

Introduction to the Department Profile and Explanation of Academic Regulations by the Head of the Department

 

The Head of the ITS Geophysical Engineering Department, Dr. Ir. M. Haris Miftakhul Fajar, S.T., M.Eng., delivered a presentation on the Department’s profile and an explanation of academic regulations. The event then continued with an introduction to the ITS Geophysical Engineering Student Association (HMTG), delivered by a representative of the HMTG management. Hopefully, this event will give parents of new students a better understanding of where their children will be studying.
