Beban kredit minimal 36 sks, termasuk tesis sesuai dengan kurikulum. Pada dua semester pertama diberikan mata kuliah inti untuk membentuk kompetensi utama keahlian Teknik Fisika, beserta seminar proposal tesis yang akan dikerjakan. Pada paruh dua semester terakhir, mahasiswa diberikan pilihan mata kuliah-mata kuliah yang dapat dipilih secara fleksibel, disesuaikan dengan bidang konsentrasi yang dipilih serta sejalan dengan tema pengerjaan tesis yang akan ditekuninya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kalender akademik semester I dimulai awal September, sementara semester II dimulai awal Februari dan berakhir Juni.
