The undergraduate program is chaired by the head of the undergraduate study program. The postgraduate program is chaired by the postgraduate study program. There is a department secretary. head of the Department oversees the head of the department subsection, who is also responsible to the head of the faculty section. The departmental TKK coordinator is responsible to the head of department. The Department of Engineering Physics has six laboratories in which it also has its own organizational structure.
