data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"436\">In 2024, ITS systematically measured and monitored women\u2019s access to higher education through data tracking on application, acceptance, and enrolment rates. This effort is managed under the Directorate of Education and integrated into the MyITS Admission system to ensure transparent and inclusive admission practices.<\/p><p data-start=\"438\" data-end=\"775\">Based on the 2024 data, women constituted\u00a0<strong data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"518\">49.2% of first-generation students<\/strong>\u00a0starting a degree program, reflecting significant participation among students whose parents had not previously attained higher education. A total of\u00a0<strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"684\">2,620 women<\/strong>\u00a0began their degree studies at ITS, including\u00a0<strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"772\">1,288 first-generation female students<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"992\">These measures demonstrate ITS\u2019 strong commitment to promoting equal access for women and underrepresented groups, while continuously improving data-based monitoring to support gender-inclusive education policies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-849fc69 admissions at ITS are conducted in accordance with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/share.google\/wVS4s9jblP1SZburJ\"><strong>Government Regulation on ITS Status<\/strong><\/a>, Paragraph 2 \u201cStudent Admission\u201d, Article 18 (2), which states that<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14009f8 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget In this process, the university also monitors and tracks women\u2019s likelihood of graduating compared to men\u2019s, and schemes in place to close any gap. The tracking is regularly done at the university level (through the Directorate of Education), faculty, and department levels. creating a safe and inclusive campus environment by implementing policies that protect individuals reporting discrimination or violations from any educational or employment disadvantage.<\/p><p>To support this, ITS established the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/ppid\/tentang-kami\/\"><b>Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID)<\/b><\/a>\u00a0through\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/ppid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2022\/09\/SK-PPID-ITS-2022.pdf\"><b>Rector\u2019s Decree No. 585\/IT2\/T\/HK.00.01\/2022<\/b><\/a>, later refined by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/ppid\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/68\/2025\/10\/SK-PPID-ITS-2025.pdf\">Rector\u2019s Decree No. 103\/IT2\/T\/HK.00.01\/VI\/2025<\/a>\u00a0concerning the PPID Team within ITS.<\/p><p>Under these regulations, ITS provides a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/ppid\/whistle-blowing-system\/\"><b>Whistle Blowing System<\/b><\/a>\u00a0as a formal mechanism for individuals who have information and wish to report actions that may indicate misconduct within the university.<\/p><p>In particular, the section \u201c<b><i>Reporter Confidentiality Guarantee<\/i><\/b>\u201d ensures that the identity of whistleblowers remains strictly confidential, as ITS focuses only on the information reported.
