The policy establishes clear standards of behavior and promotes awareness of appropriate conduct through various communication channels and periodic reminders distributed by the Human Resources Department and the Quality Assurance Office.<\/p><p>The policy also mandates the establishment of confidential and accessible reporting channels, enabling members of the ITS community to report any form of harassment safely and without fear of retaliation.
