Regulation of ITS Rector No. 1 Year 2022

Equal rights for outsourced employees are an important step toward achieving justice and sustaining ethical norms in the workplace. It involves ensuring that outsourced employees, who often work on behalf of a company but are not directly employed by it, receive the same fundamental rights, protections, and benefits as ITS staff. Prioritizing fair wages for outsourced employees is a step toward a more inclusive and equal labor environment in the long run.

In the Regulation of ITS Rector No. 1 Year 2022 about Procurement of Goods and Non-State Revenue Funds Non-Taxes, ITS has a policy that assures equality for outsourced employees. Outsourced employees fall into other service categories. Other service categories include outsourced personnel. Contracts including in Articles 22 and 23 bind ITS and other service providers, ensuring the wellbeing of outsourced employees. Outsourcing employees are paid depending on the terms agreed upon with a third party (service provider). Payments of wages are made in phases dependent on the contract’s content.
