Policy about Employment Living Wage at ITS

Ensuring that all staff and faculty are paid a decent wage is a critical legal responsibility that supports economic stability and social equality. ITS provide responsibility and care for their employees by ensuring that every worker receives a wage that supports an acceptable standard of life, eliminating income disparity and increasing job satisfaction. This strategy benefits not just people and their families, but also communities and strengthens a more equitable and sustainable society.

Staff wages are detailed in the Regulation of ITS Rector No. 7 Year 2020. The regulation modifies several of the articles of the Regulation of ITS Rector No. 2 Year 2017 about Employment at ITS.
