This company produces a variety of die, mold and factory equipments to serve the needs of maintenance and replacement of factory machines.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1477\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/a-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"374\" height=\"571\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/a-1.png 374w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/a-1-196x300.png 196w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/a-1-210x320.png 210w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This order is currently being done using a HAAS VF3 CNC Milling machine in the Molina Building belonging to PUI SKO ITS, which also has 4 axes milling capability, with the maximum\u00a0workpiece size of 1 m x 0,5 m. For the order, the material of choice is Stavax Steel, which is the normal material used for manufacturing molds. One mold job takes up to 8 hours to complete. This relatively long time to work for a product was due to the hardness of Stavax material which can potentially damage the toolset if not done with the correct methods.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/b.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"780\" height=\"1040\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/b.png 780w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/b-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/b-768x1024.png 768w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/stp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/113\/2021\/06\/b-240x320.png 240w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In addition to a CNC Milling machine, PUI SKO ITS also has a HAAS ST10 CNC Lathe Machine, which can turn workpieces up to a maximum diameter of 6 inches, and a maximum length of 30 cm. With these two CNC machines, the products that can be worked on become much more diverse.
