Manajemen Sistem Informasi (MSI)\u00a0<\/strong>Jurusan Sistem Informasi berdiri pada tahun 2015 bersamaan dengan terbentuknya 4 (empat) laboratorium lain yang dinaungi oleh Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Sebelum terbentuk lab MSI dan keempat lab lainnya, Jurusan Sistem Informasi memiliki tiga laboratorium yakni Perencanaan dan Pengembangan Sistem Informasi (PPSI), Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dan e-business. Ketiga lab pendahulu ini didirikan bersamaan dengan berdirinya jurusan Sistem Informasi ITS yakni pada tahun 2001.<\/p>\n

Laboratorium MSI sendiri dahulunya merupakan Laboratorium PPSI yang dikarenakan berkembangnya arah penelitian maka lab ini melakukan transformasi nama menjadi lab MSI. Transformasi ini diharapkan mampu menaungi berbagai riset keahlian Sistem Informasi mulai dari aspek strategis, manajemen proyek, peningkatan performa proses bisnis dengan dukungan SI\/TI sampai pada evaluasi kinerja TI dalam mendukung organisasi.<\/p>\n

Roadmap Penelitian<\/h4>\n

Peta jalan penelitian (roadmap) lab MSI disusun dengan fungsi sebagai payung dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh dosen-dosen dan mahasiswa anggota lab MSI. Roadmap lab MSI sendiri (Gambar 2) menekankan pada optimalisasi peran Teknologi Informasi dalam mendukung bisnis\/organisasi. Maka dari itu, roadmap penelitian lab MSI dimulai dari aspek strategis, manajerial dan operasional.<\/p>\n

Rancangan Penelitian<\/h4>\n

Rancangan penelitian berisi isu-isu strategis yang menjadi fokus penelitian lab MSI yang merupakan manifestasi dari roadmap penelitian. Isu strategis dari penelitian lab MSI pada tahun 2016 \u2013 2025 ini dibagi menjadi:<\/p>\n
