The Department of Marine Engineering aims to create young professionals and academics who have the ability to design installation, managerial, and maintenance of ships and offshore platforms. Not only presented in theory, students are also accustomed to solving real problems in industry and society. Department of Marine Engineering concentrates on the planning and construction of various systems on ships and offshore platforms. These systems include machinery, propulsion, piping, electricital, control and automation systems.<\/p>\n

In addition to improving knowledge about the field of marine engineering and its system, students also taught to be creative and innovative, have leadership qualities, integrated, and can work well in a team. Department of Marine Engineering has a mission to provide excellent quality education in terms of Marine engineering topics, as well as providing satisfaction and prosperity to the marine engineering community.<\/p>\n
