Logtrans Club under the guidance of LogM Nizamuddin bin Dato’ Zainuddin MlogM, CMILT, advisor of Logtrans Club, in the LOGTRANS X ITS Outbound Mobility Program 2025 successfully achieved its aim of fostering academic collaboration, industry exposure, and cultural exchange under the theme “Rethinking Maritime Logistics for a Sustainable Future.” Through a dynamic combination of lectures, forums, industrial visits, and cultural activities, the program enriched participants with valuable insights into sustainable maritime logistics practices and cross-border academic engagement.
A total of 10 committee members from BBA Logistics & Transportation and 2 accompanying lecturers, Dr. Nooraini Ismail and Dr. Fariza Ahmad Mahyadin@Mahidin, from School of Technology Management and Logistics participated.
The collaboration between Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) not only enhanced students’ academic and professional development but also strengthened international ties and understanding between both institutions. The program stands as a model for future mobility initiatives that emphasize global learning and sustainable innovation in the logistics and transportation industry.
This milestone initiative has laid a strong foundation for continued partnership and knowledge sharing, marking another step forward in preparing future logistics leaders for the challenges of a globally connected and environmentally conscious world.
