The Department of Information Systems at ITS welcomed a study visit from MAN 2 Kota Malang<\/span><\/span> on Monday, April 6, 2026. The visit aimed to broaden students\u2019 perspectives about higher education and introduce them to the field of information technology and future academic opportunities.<\/p>\n

During the session, students attended an introduction to the Department of Information Systems followed by an interactive discussion on current digital technology trends. The session was delivered by Ir. Achmad Holil<\/span><\/span>, who emphasized the importance of young generations actively participating in the digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n

In his presentation, Ir. Achmad Holil highlighted that students should not only be technology users but also become digital creators capable of producing innovative content. He encouraged participants to develop skills such as digital content creation, productive use of social media, and understanding basic concepts of data analytics and information technology. \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n

\u201cYoung generations today must be brave enough to become digital creators, not just users. By becoming creators, students can produce meaningful work, build personal branding, and create positive impacts for society,\u201d he explained during the motivational session.<\/p>\n

The visit also provided students with insights into the academic environment of the Department of Information Systems, including study areas, career prospects, and research opportunities in information technology. The participants showed great enthusiasm, reflected in their active questions about digital skills development, startups, and opportunities to study at ITS. \ud83d\udcca<\/p>\n

Through this visit, it is expected that students from MAN 2 Kota Malang<\/span><\/span> gain new insights and motivation to prepare themselves for the digital transformation era. The Department of Information Systems ITS hopes similar activities will continue to strengthen collaboration with schools and inspire young generations to become innovators in technology. \u2728<\/p>\n
