Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk memberikan wawasan kepada mahasiswa mengenai penerapan metode Agile dalam manajemen proyek TI yang dinamis dan berfokus pada adaptabilitas.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sesi tersebut, Robbi Baskoro berbagi pengalaman tentang bagaimana Agile digunakan di Logisly, sebuah perusahaan teknologi logistik yang telah menerapkan metode ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan ketepatan waktu dalam pengelolaan proyek TI mereka. Robbi menguraikan prinsip-prinsip dasar Agile, seperti kolaborasi tim, fleksibilitas terhadap perubahan, serta prioritas pada hasil yang bernilai bagi pengguna.<\/p>\n<p>Robbi menjelaskan bahwa pendekatan Agile tidak hanya membantu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis yang terus berubah, tetapi juga memungkinkan tim untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap tantangan dan memperbaiki proses secara berkelanjutan. \u201cAgile tidak hanya metode, tetapi merupakan budaya yang menekankan kerja sama dan adaptasi.
