One of them is proven by DTTL who won general accreditation from the Indonesian Accreditation Board for Engineering Education (IABEE) in the Discipline of the Ocean and Speak-named Engineering Programs 2019 on Friday (13\/2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">IABEE itself has been recognized in Indonesia by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) as the body responsible for the accreditation of study programs that provide academic bachelor&#8217;s degrees in engineering and computing. The international accrediting body refers to the Washington Accord as one of the international accreditation standards in engineering. IABEE accreditation emphasizes the implementation of outcome-based education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In getting accreditation, departments are required to adjust learning based on learning outcomes that have been determined and provided by the IABEE. Criteria assessed in this international accreditation include graduate competencies, implementation of learning, assessment of expected learning outcomes, and continuous improvement. Of the 27 sub-criteria assessment, DTTL gets a score of &#8220;A (acceptable)&#8221; of 26 and the rest is &#8220;C (concern)&#8221;. This accreditation is valid for 5 years and can be renewed according to evaluation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This international accreditation can be one of the added values \u200b\u200bof DTTL. When many external partners ask about how the learning has been done, this accreditation is proof that the quality has met international standardization. With this accreditation, it is expected to be able to make improvements in the internal management system of the department itself.
