{"id":5612,"date":"2018-11-04T23:52:47","date_gmt":"2018-11-04T16:52:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/seatrans\/?p=5612"},"modified":"2018-11-04T23:52:47","modified_gmt":"2018-11-04T16:52:47","slug":"sharing-knowledge-of-2017-graduates-candidates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/seatrans\/en\/sharing-knowledge-of-2017-graduates-candidates\/","title":{"rendered":"Sharing Knowledge of 2017 Graduates Candidates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab dari Ikatan Alumni Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan ITS (IKA \u2013 FTK) di bidang edukasi alumni, maka pada hari Jum\u2019at, 15 September 2017 yaitu tepat 1 (satu) hari sebelum upacara wisuda FTK, diselenggarakan acara \u201cPembekalan Calon Wisudawan FTK ITS\u201d yang bertempat di Ruang W 307 Gedung W Kampus ITS Sukolilo.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan acara ini yaitu untuk membekali calon wisudawan FTK dalam memasuki dunia kerja, meliputi gambaran prospek pekerjaan, penetapan tujuan hidup pasca lulus sarjana (kerja atau lanjut sekolah) serta tips dan triks untuk lolos dalam tes kerja. Dalam acara ini turut mengundang beberapa alumni sebagai narasumber utama yang terdiri dari berbagai latar belakang ilmu di bidang kelautan yaitu Moko Prijambodo (Head of Department of Pipeline Inspection and Maintenance Total E&amp;P Indonesie), Abdul Aziz (Kepala Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas 1 Banten) dan Fadila Putra Kusuma (Manager Fasilitas Kapal PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)).<\/p>\n<p>Dengan dimoderatori oleh Musthofa (alumni P-23) acara berlangsung penuh antusiasme baik dari pembicara maupun peserta yang dihadiri oleh calon wisudawan dari Departemen Teknik Perkapalan, Departemen Teknik Sistem Perkapalan, Departemen Teknik Kelautan dan Departemen Teknik Transportasi Laut.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam penyampaian materinya, Moko menegaskan bahwa pentingnya menganalisis SWOT\u00a0<em>(strength-weakness-opportunity-threat<\/em>) diri untuk persiapan wawancara kerja.\u00a0Sedangkan Aziz menggarisbawahi bahwa gaji yang diterima akan mengikuti kompetensi diri, semakin besar kompetensi yang dimiliki akan berbanding lurus dengan gaji yang diterima.
