The Directorate of Human Resources and Organization (SDMO) at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) successfully held the Basic Training Program (Latsar) for Prospective Permanent Non-Civil Servant Employees, Batch II of 2025. The program took place over four intensive days, from 19 to 22 November 2025, at Asrama Haji Surabaya.<\/p>\n

Latsar serves not merely as an administrative requirement but as an essential phase in the pre-service period. This program is designed to develop human resources who possess not only technical competence but also strong moral integrity, honesty, and a high sense of nationalism.<\/p>\n

Aligned with the ITS Rector\u2019s Regulation on Human Resources, Latsar is a mandatory requirement for candidates to be appointed as permanent employees. Throughout the program, participants received a series of modules that emphasized national defense values and internalization of ITS core principles.<\/p>\n

The curriculum is structured to ensure that each participant is well-prepared to carry out their duties with responsibility and professionalism. Graduates of this program are expected to become frontliners who demonstrate strong character and support the institution\u2019s long-term advancement.<\/p>\n

With the completion of this training, participants are now encouraged to translate the knowledge and values gained into real contributions within their respective work units.
