\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The \u201cBe Hearty and Excellent Frontliner\u201d training is one of the activities on the routine agenda of the Directorate of Human Resources and Organization which aims to form a wholehearted service character, improve good communication skills with guests, and increase employee confidence in doing work. Participants in this training were ITS frontline guards, namely the Security Officers and the Facilities and Infrastructure Section of 108 people.<\/p>\n

The training was divided into two offline sessions by implementing strict health protocols at Theater A Building, ITS Campus. The first session was held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 13.00 \u2013 17.00. The first session was attended by 36 security officers from Teams A and C and 18 people from the Infrastructure Section. Meanwhile, the second session will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 08.00 \u2013 12.00. The second session was attended by 39 people from Security Officers for Teams B and D and 15 people from the Infrastructure Section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
