This program was launched in 2014 based on Law No. 24 of 2011.<\/span>[\/dot_box_grey][dot_box_grey title=”Types of BPJS at ITS?”]There are two types of BPJS programs implemented at ITS, namely:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance)<\/span>
    \nBPJS Kesehatan is health insurance, commonly referred to as Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN or National Health Insurance). The legal basis for its implementation is Law No. 40 of 2004.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Employment)<\/span>
    \nNational Health Insurance (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan is a public legal entity established through Law No. 24 of 2014, which aims to provide adequate basic needs for each participant and\/or their family members.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
