Conditions for Granting Study Abroad Assignments

• Photocopy of legalized SK CPNS
• Photocopy of legalized SK PNS
• Letter of approval for overseas assignment from the Secretary of State of the Republic of   Indonesia
• Letter of guarantee for obtaining scholarship
• Acceptance letter from the intended university (LoA)
• A statement letter from the head of the work unit
• A certificate of physical and mental health from a doctor
• Study assignment agreement letter
• Work Performance Assessment (PPK) in the last 2 years
• Letter of recommendation from direct supervisor
• Marriage certificate
• Statement letter
