In an effort to strengthen an adaptive and innovative work culture, the Directorate of Human Resources and Organization (SDMO) of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) conducted an industrial visit to PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero), or PT INKA, in Madiun on 27 November 2025.
This visit is part of the ITSprovement program, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing service quality and governance at ITS through benchmarking with relevant industrial partners.

PT INKA was selected as the learning destination due to its status as the first integrated railway manufacturer in Southeast Asia, known for continuously delivering technological innovations. For ITS, this visit emphasizes that innovation does not arise by itself—rather, it grows from the willingness to learn, explore, and embrace new challenges.
During the visit, the ITS delegation had the opportunity to engage in discussions with PT INKA management, study the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, and observe how professionalism and integrity are applied in the company’s daily operations.
